School Sport Physicals for Fall Sports
School sport physicals will be held in the health office by the school doctor on Wednesday, May 23rd and Wednesday, May 30th. Any student interested in participating in a fall sport should visit the health office beginning May 2nd to pick up the appropriate form. To get an appointment, the sport form needs to be brought back to the health office by May 18th. All students need a current sport physical to participate in a sport.
